An Example of How Twitter Helps Companies Help Consumers

There aren’t really a lot words needed to describe this post. Basically two of my friends and fellow Tweeters @HbgFoodandWine and @Evroman began talking about a @TurkeyHillDairy ice-cream flavor. What you are about to witness is a near perfect execution of social media monitoring, customer engagement and customer service. This deadly combination lead to the almighty sale and presumably increased customer loyalty.
